These terms explain the submission of a vehicle enquiry through LaatsteAutobod.nl. They do not create a purchase agreement.
1. About LaatsteAutoBod

2. Non-binding enquiry
You may submit a vehicle enquiry requesting an offer. Submission is not a sale or purchase agreement and does not oblige you to accept an offer.
3. Your information
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Public RDW details may be retrieved using the plate number. You must check this information and upload at least one photo you are entitled to share.
4. Assessment
Enquiries are reviewed personally. There is no automatic valuation. Any offer, vehicle inspection and sale arrangement will be discussed separately. No highest-price guarantee applies.
5. Availability and privacy
The website may occasionally be unavailable. See the privacy notice. Dutch law applies to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
